Finally, I have all the legalities of my Website and Online Shop done. Check out my Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy on my website if you are ever looking for a legal template. Now to have a look at putting together a contract for the galleries representing my artwork, something I’ve been wanting to do for years now.

    Dear Marc

I work for Stellenbosch University. We have recently purchased an image from Corbis images to be part a photo collage. Corbis images has allowed us to modify the image to be a master image in a photo collage with the SA flag. As the final product has similarities with your work we are contacting you with regard to potential copyright infringement. We have permission from the Nelson Mandela foundation and the department of trade and industry to go ahead with the artwork. The artwork itself is being used as a course banner for non commercial purposes to help showcase Madibas teachings. It would be great if we could chat or for you to respond.

    Kind regards
